Well the second week has begun! I've neglected more than my blog writing duties, I must confess. The weekend came, and it suddenly got really, really hard to write. Friday was probably the low point...I met my word count (barely) but wasn't really looking forward to the next day. Saturday I got up early, banged out 800+ words...but stopped. This makes the first time I didn't make my word count. I'm okay though, I was about a day ahead when I stumbled. Today I woke up early and wrote. Then I wrote some more this after noon.
And a major milestone was reached--early I may add.
I reached the 20,000 word mark today. I wrote over 2,000 words (making up for my earlier slacking). All told, I'm still happy.
